Where organic people meet - World Organic Trade Fair
From 15 to 18 February, 2012, the organic world in all its variety will once again gather in Nuremberg, Germany. Around 2,500 exhibitors and 44,000 trade visitors are expected. They will be reflecting on whata truly sustainable food industry is and how the organic industry defines one of its core topics, sustainability. The patron of the global BioFach trade fair family, the International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements (IFOAM), and the national supporting organisation of the BioFach, the Bund Ökologische Lebensmittelwirtschaft (BÖLW; the organic food producers’ association), will focus in 2012 on questions of ecological, social and economic sustainability in the industry.
